Yee gosh, Dell wants to start a new plant
According to the Austin American Statesman, Nashville Tenn. gets the nod for the new plant. First U.S. Dell building outside of Austin.

EconomyWatch---->Events that could affect the markets today.

* There is a slew of economic data due out today. Investors will be watching for clues on the state of inflation in the US economy. At 8:30AM, the investment community will be focusing on the initial jobless claims for the week ending March 27th. Thomson Global Markets'(TGM) consensus estimate for the initial jobless claims is 285,000 down from the previous week of 289,000. The government will also release February data on personal income and consumption.

A survey of economists by Thomson Global Markets forecasted an increase of 0.5% in personal income and a rise of 0.5% for personal consumption in February versus the previous increases of 0.6% and 0.3%, respectively. At 10:00AM, the National Association of Purchasing Managers' (NAPM) index is due. TGM's consensus estimate for NAPM for March is 52.0 versus the previous period of 52.4. Also at 10:00AM, the Commerce Department will release construction spending for February.A survey of economists by TGM forecasted a rise of 0.3%, revised from previous 1.6%.
