Patrick, Hi!!! RE: DELL WARNING ONCE AGAIN.... :o) I know this is probably old news...but, I couldn't resist commenting on the two pieces of info within this announcement... 1. The number of "expected" future employees..... 2. The "historical growth rate...." If folks are smart here they will remember the words of DELL management that historically have "deceived" us....Never have they told us the entire truth...DELL will repeat their performance without question...The management has always TOLD us where they are headed...Some have listened....Some have laughed....Some have regretted....I am one who has listened and regretted....I regret NOT BUYING MORE DELL.... This is a DELL WARNING....Those that have followed this thread and the "advice of DELL management know what I am referring to... BUY MORE DELL on this announcement: Best, kemble Dell Computer to Build Factory in Nashville, Austin Paper Says Austin, Texas, April 1 (Bloomberg) -- Dell Computer Corp. will open a new factory in Nashville, Tennessee, this year, its first major U.S. expansion outside Texas, the Austin American- Statesman reported. The Nashville factory, which will be announced later today, is part of a larger U.S. expansion that includes a new manufacturing plant and office building in Austin, Texas, and follows three office buildings under construction at Dell's headquarters in Round Rock, north of Austin, Vice Chairman Kevin Rollins said. Dell expects to hire 4,700 workers for the new buildings, topping the 4,000 it hired last year, Rollins told the paper. In an interview with Bloomberg News on March 23, Rollins said Dell expects sales to rise at their historic rate, which has topped 50 percent a quarter for most of the last two years.
