I don't see it. With a market cap of 2 1/4 billion plus another 1.4 billion in debt (and growing) there just aren't a whole lot of buyers that would be candidates. You are aware that the FASB is in the process of changing the accounting for acquisitions aren't you? This would make pooling of interests much less desirable when implemented.

On the other hand, is it possible that the new business plan may not focus solely on hurting Intel, at the risk of suicide, but rather, may actually involve an attempt to price the products to make them profitable, in which case everybody will live happily ever after?!!
