Everybody is having the same problem w/Datek not processing deposits to accounts on a timely basis.I think something is going on
in regards to float.I think everybody knows what I mean.

Scott, I don't think you can make a claim against Datek based on a paper trade you could have possibly made. Granted this is inexcusable. And I think 3 trades or 30 dollar compensation is a joke in a matter like this. Your queries should be addressed to a securities lawyer. Or possibly get hold of some form of media that might be willing to air the situation, this type of thing may help others to see what's going on here, and/or force Datek to take "appropriate" actions to rectify it. I would like to add I have multiple accounts and for the money Datek is an exceptional value.
