From my personal experience, this deposit/cashing out problem has only started recently since they have this new address. Before this, my check appeared in my account on the third day even I sent it by regular mail. Those good old days had gone.

I reported the same problem about a week ago.

I mailed one check (first class mail). It took 13 days before it appeared in my account.

Shortly after that, I mailed another check (first class mail, certified, return receipt). It appeared in 3 days.
