I read through the 10-k filed today (Check EDGAR). I was impressed.It indicates substantial orders are expected soon- continuing to grow due to the expansion of internet ( a no brainer)- and with the new products next quarter. They point out that they have 5000 isp's to sell to in the US who are anxious to offer additional products to stay competitive- and many more around the world where there aren't even phone lines - but lots of people wanting to get on the internet. April starts the new advertising people and investor seminars- and with the 10-k filing its obvious they want on NASDAQ. The recent fallback, which wasn't too bad when you consider this is a developmental company- probably lets a lot of people in that they feel will be stockholders for the long haul. Just my opinion - I like the company- and look at the areas of internet that have emerged just recently - Amazon- EBay- COOL etc. etc.that people ALL OVER THE WORLD want to use. Fred
