Does anyone know the conversion feature of the subordinate debentures?

Another good example for a single-product-once-promising company.

WIND. Down from 51 before split to 16 today after a 3-for-2 split.

This is about a 50% drop. With the coming dilution(a big one), I don't see the downtrend for CTXS to stop.

My point is, if this company's financial is really healthy, where were the debt coming from in the first place?
