Another way to look at this------One big investor (msft if I had to guess) liked CTXS enough to put $300 million big ones in their war chest.

WIND isn't a 1-product co. Moreover, that stock tanked b/c the co. ostensibly preannounced its most recent q would be $0.01 lighter than estimates & that rev. growth forecasts going fwd. might have been too aggressive. Hardly a good parallel.

What coming dilution? The board is asking shareholders to approve an increase in the authorized shares, but that doesn't mean those shares will be issued immediately. It's quite normal for a growing company to keep the number of authorized shares well above the number issued.
