Now Barbara,

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall reading any statement from John Schmitz that said PABN and RMC were still in a negotiating stage. We read over and over the words Wholly owned subsidiary, and stating that the acquisition is completed tells me as an investor that this is a done deal. There is no room for misinterpretation of this statement/claim made by John Schmitz.

If you were the CEO of a company would you release information on the NewsWires and on an official company website claiming that the acquisition was completed and that they were a wholly owned subsidiary before this was completed? I know I sure as heck would not. Come on Barb, you've read enough penny PR's to know that they don't claim this until after the acquisition is completed.

if John Schmitz knowingly lied about there being a contract at the time of the meeting Than I would say the SEC will be showing up soon.

The problem is the word contract was never mentioned, rather wholly owned subsidiary.

During the inter-active meeting there was camera set up in each division of pabn. At that time their was a camera at RMC. At that time RMS was a part of pabn. If it wasn't than why would Mr. Williams have allowed this???

sooo, the guy allowed himself to be a part of a shareholders meeting. Did he speak in any capacity during the meeting? The question is not whether or not Dave Williams might have thought he would still partner with PABN but what was SAID, which was that it was a done deal. Two very different issues Barb. And IMO, not ones easily misinterpreted. People invested in PABN MONTHS ago on this information, only to learn TODAY that it never happened.
