To All OT Re Kosovo Problem 1 Countries which border Kosovo are being overwhelmed by refugees. Problem 2 Corporate America has a labor shortage. Is this really a set of problems or opportunities? Corporate America could view these people as an available recruitment pool. Labor imported from overseas in this manor would be viewed as humanitarian thereby avoiding much potential public backlash from such importation. From the refugees point of view .. most would probably be willing to donate a kidney to be able to get out of where they are. The intense desire to be anywhere else should produce some of the highest quality labor that any company could ever wish for. Food for thought. Gersh
