That's Malthusian Node Value Accelerator Theory. He wrote that a few years ago whilst working at 3Com. Very applicable to WebNode. Always good to see theory put in to real-world application.

An investor of your caliber surely knows that IPO shares are not marginable, hence no IPO can be shorted.

Aside from that, there is no mention of an "IPO" on the website, or in any of the press releases, due to the fact that no IPO has been announced. What has been announced is a potential offering which any interested party may learn more about by contacting the Company.
