Jim B,

Very well written and I am really sorry to hear of your misfortune. By the way, Your snmm and tsig hit home with me. I left a good stock asnd, and went into another called mrvc, basically cause of greed as I thought I would make more in mrvc. Of course, mrvc sank from 39 to 6 gradually and asnd is way up now. At the time I was involved, they were at the sme price or close. I know how you feel. However, like you I believe NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE BUSINESS MODEL OF TSIG. It is, IMO still intact. Yes, they needed money to survive and did what they have to do. I wish there are well meaning venture capitalists like in the old days who can help tsig get out of this temporary doldrum and concentrate on what they are and have been doing best, run tsig. I ABSOLUTELY DON'T FAULT tsig management for what they have done to date. It is marvellous. Considering how they are so financially strapped, for tsig management to have made all these wonderful deals with so many charities and organisations is HIGHLY, HIGHLY COMMENDABLE!! So, in sumation, I conclude with your statement:

"TSIG should succeed, it's just a matter of where and when and with whom. As far as
penny stocks go,
it's a plausible company... "

EVERYBODY, please don't lose site of the fact that NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has changed with the business model of tsig. What if as a result of all these good deals tsig has done to date, some venture capitalist comes along and invests in tsig for tsig to pay off the DAMN DEBENTURE holders, the bloody jackals! We can squeeze the heck out of them if they have been naked shorting our tsig. Have faith, it can happen.

MARTY, where are you? You have done so much for tsig. I wish you could get venture capitalists like the ones who helped msft when it was once a baby so we can then slam dunk these debenture holders before they kill our tsig.

These types of lenders are greedy bastards. They can be patient and make more money later on instead of trying to squeeze blood out of turnip by trying to choke tsig thru their dastardly actions.

HANG IN THERE EVERYBODY! NO NEED TO PANIC! TSIG'S MANAGEMENT HAS NOT LET US DOWN YET WITH THE BUSINESS MODEL. You can't suddenly turn your back on your good friends because they are just poor. TSIG is cash poor now, but not for long. Peace and good luck.
