So I take it that an NT 10-K is and only is just what was stated from the link I posted, a Notification of Late Filing without any other information about the company past name, rank, and serial number.

Is there a time limit in which XYBR has to release its 4Q and year end statement after such a filing? and, Why do they have to give it to the SEC in the first place? Can they not release the reports publicly first and then give the government the "yellow copy" sort of speak?

I find this late filing very disturbing. I hope my "and when it drops to $2 a share" comment to Mr. Patience wasn't a foreboding warning of things to come.

MSB (very disappointed with XYBR's performance in light of the late filing)
