Neuroguy:

<Is this a split, or an issuance of shares for private placement? Somebody have some
ideas here? >

The explanation set forth in the preliminary proxy material is standard, boiler-plate set of possible purposes for authorization of the increase. On a rough calculation, with approximately 45m shares outstanding (fully diluted), there are not enough authorized shares for a 2 for 1 split. My guess would be, yes, this is in anticipation of a split. However, given SEPR's recent increasing appetite for cash, one could not rule out a PP or other financing either.

From 40 millions to 140 millions shares ? That has to be for a 3:1 split. Hard to imagine they will raise $ 12 billions ( 100 millions x $120/share) this way. Probably will split from $150 to $50 a share. BUY ! BUY ! BUY !
