With industrial waste site, superfund sites, etc, Bioponic will face long lead times and lots of red tape. For a start-up, they don't want to start with a superfund site. Do they want to? They've indicated YES -- later. Let them get some plants running and revenues coming in first from the non-regulated sides of the business. The last thing Bioponic needs is to start some large projects with some very long lead times, and no immediate pay-back.
