No Shares of OAIS or NUOA will be issued to finalize the deal.

Call Jonathan Small @ 949.833.5381 x 723 to verify.

NUOA owns 49% of OAIS with the option to increase ownership to 85%.

One would believe that as OAIS increases in value that NUOA would increase at 85% of the value. So if OAIS goes up a $1.00, NUOA should go up $.085 because NUOA has 10 times as many shares issued as OAIS.

Just my Thoughts.
