Maybe Steve's just being opportunistic. I believe RAM's filing permits them to sell 100k at any time within the next 90 days. The filing does not require any sales to occur. If this Spring is anything like last Spring when DCHT hit $8, and Steve is privy to DCH's short to mid-term business plans, why not file to sell some shares in case the stock skyrockets?

How many wouldn't like to see $100k turn into $800k and if that happened, wouldn't you contemplate trimming your position?

Right you are! But--lok at post #930. This is most plausible and likely to be the reason for the filing. I can only hope the move to $8.00 will occur.
