Andrew H, you said <<41M shares for $5M? That values the shares at .12. I find it troubling that he does not give the shares a higher value. And I certainly hope the company does not take such a loan. I would be very surprised if they could not get better terms elsewhere.>> I believe this is an old loan that Gordon made to the company,and $.12 was a couple of pennies below the stock price at the time he made the loan. If memory serves, the stock had tanked upon the filing of a 10K or 10Q. There was a lot of talk about the company going under and Gordon stepped up to the plate. My gut reaction when I first read that Gordon owned 41 million shares is that this was <<by far>> worse news than the terms of the PP. It helps to find out that he doesn't own these shares outright. I do have concerns that we shareholders will turn our collective heads for a few seconds and we will find out he actually <<does>> own 41 million. Regards, Suzanne
