Coach when the net bubble bursts, I will short stocks that are: (1) second or third tier, (2) small player in its field, (3) high P/S, (4) small institutional ownership, (5) owns no proprietary technology or products, (6) has run up significantly from its low.

It's not necessary that all of the above be met. However, two stocks on your list meet all these criteria, and they are ABOV and VERT.

Coach, one of my most favorite shorts when the net bubble crashes has got to be PCLN. What a joke for a company with a MC of $11 B. It makes ABOV look good in comparison.
