Most of your message is garble, but I take from it that you own no stock whatsoever, and so should have no interest in posting here unless you have another agenda or greivence or revenge of somekind for this stock. Or, do you own another stock in a like field or working with a company in a like field, where you may have a "special" interest in this stock. Or, are you simply a high school child who loves to get a rise out of the older generation. If any or all the above is true, you are just wasting digital space, IMO, on this thread, and should be passed over by others also wasting their time. Chuckr

TideGlider; If you have no financial interest in TSIG.com as you stated and are here to save our investing souls from impending financial disaster then you are wasting both our time. This thread knows how to do DD and we have done it on TSIG.com. We will continue to do DD as necessary and each will make their investing decisions based upon their findings and gut feelings. May I suggest that you pick one of your favorite stocks listed in your profile and grace that thread with your presence. How about Compaq, the investors there could use some of your DD experience. Help them out, IMO that stock is the biggest dog around as far as ROI goes. Also 1.5 trillion shs outstanding, I'm sure you can conjure up some words of wisdom(BS)as to console and enlighten the investors on that thread. TG, is not this company in bankruptcy? That is what the 10KSB states. It sure looks ugly with $9 MM in negative working capital. Here is what they say about their future prospects: Various factors affecting the Company's operations raise doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to continue as a going concern or achieve material revenues or profitable operations. The Company requires additional financing. In this event, no assurances can be given that such financing will be available in the amount required or, if available, that it can be on terms satisfactory to the Company.
