Zeev, can you please explain how the floorless debs can be shorted against? How the margin works,concidering this stock is a bb? How do they use the debs as colateral(?) to initiate the short position? Is it legal? Can these debs be shorted against? etc...TIA..DD PS: we had a good discussion last night on the subject, wish you could have joined us.. and happy Easter..

Dr Zeev: I have tried over and over to explain negative shareholder value certain means the company has no income but selling stock. Not to say they can't have revenue, however they can't exceed the debt they seem to accrue. That is another question as to why income doesn't make a difference. That may be very interesting. I have just been insulted a thousand ways and asked to leave a dozen time. Only by asking people to question things. TG
