Paul, I was wondering why I was seeing such a strong security presence there when I drove through Georgetown this afternoon. Donna Shalala was almost mugged down there, but the lady was savvy enough to fall to the ground, acting crazy, and screaming her head off. The assailant freaked out at her behavior and drove off with an accomplish and Donna, thinking on her feet while rolling on the ground, got a nice glance at the license plate. They apprehended her assailants within 30 minutes. You'd never think Georgetown would be considered that dangerous... :0) And yeah... WWI began something like that. But they were all ready to go to war with each other anyway and were just looking for an excuse to tear one another up. Serbia just gave them an excuse. What is it about this piece of real estate? I don't suspect Russia or China are ready to intervene in Serbia, but they could cause some problems in other parts of the world where we have vital interests. Regards, Ron
