Well this deal, like the others is quite sketchy. We are led to believe that there is a joint venture with a company that is comprised of no announced tangible assets and a couple of consultants, that will apply for a thrift license. Then with this pie safely floated in the sky, we are opined to that this will become the basis of an on-line bank. (Never mind that RMC is no longer in the supposed mix to supply their massive cash flows.) Financials could not come too soon, but with announcements like we are seeing, I can understand why they would choose to keep them secret. I am doubtful that the commonholder's interests are being served here.
