That could be a reason for not doing a filing and just stringing investors along for another year. I will be glad to shut up about the Form 10 if they actually do it. Will you quit whining about my "whinning" if they do not file in the next 7 days?

Jeeze! A person would think the world lives or dies by a Form 10... that that's all that matters, everything else is inconsequential and absolutely does not matter, makes no difference whatsoever....all that matters to life itself is a Form 10. Personally, I'll be glad to see it filed and done, but life itself will not stop while I wait. Anyone got anything new to say? Jim J
