Zeev, As a lurker on SI, I've seen your posts on a number of threads over the past two years. Your comments here and on the Floorless thread have been a real eye-opener for me. Thanks for posting, in spite of the "welcome" you have received! This company appealed to this admittedly inexperienced investor mainly because of the many impressive people who have been attracted by the 'music card' concept. First the National Music Foundation heard the music card story and chose to use it for their fund-raising activities. Then Phil Esposito, who brought ice hockey to Tampa/St. Pete and promoted it there, decided to use the music card for sports promotions. Then the Babe Ruth Little League and Lifetime Learning Systems decided to use the music card for their many fund-raising activities. In addition, some very impressive executives with varied experience have joined the management team, including John Hwang formerly of Cohesive Technology Solutions and Kim Haber who has varied experience in sports marketing. You could check out Yahoo News to see all the other names that have jumped on the TSIG bandwagon recently. (Though none of the many recent changes in TSIG have been added to the company profile in Yahoo Finance.) Unfortunately, no numbers have been mentioned in any of the above deals, they just seem to add legitimacy to the company and hope for a bright future. The Tampa Bay Lightning have used the card at a recent hockey game, results as of yet unknown. The little leaguers have started using the card as well, again, early results unknown. Lifetime Learning Systems has not yet started using the card, but will soon I believe. The National Music Foundation seems to be unsure of how to proceed, so I have little hope of revenue from that direction. On the other hand, the Teleservices Division of TSIG has signed a contract with Signature Group, worth $30MM. That contract alone should be enough to prevent the need for any future PPs, and allow time for the music card deals to start bringing in revenue. My concern now is, will TSIG's stock survive this floorless PP? How low can the stock price go? And will the price recover even IF the above deals bear fruit? With its "groupthink" attitude and refusal to consider any negative opinions, the TSIG thread has been the most depressing thread I have followed on SI. It's really sad to see people like Ditchdigger, Tidegilder and yourself attacked just for expressing an honest opinion. Although Ditchdigger warned us all about the floorless PP, and turned out to be right, nobody has apologized for all the insults they have thrown at him. Oh well, back to lurk mode... Joe
