Tom & ANYONE, sounds like these problems of "no account" and "invalid fields" and also one other problem I have - the screen text fields "going blank", e.g. the Level II will still have the color bars but the black text is missing, are not common with EVERYONE.

I'll buy whatever equipment is needed to make sure I have the proper connection. Has ANYONE fixed the problem by changing equipment?

I have: Compaq Model 3060 Pentium 200MHz MMX, 56 RAM (12+12+16+16), A NIC card provided by @Home and the @Home connection. I do have a problem with @Home. The say I have satisfactory "pings" and "tracert" but my DOWNLOAD speed is only 2KB/Sec to 7KB/Sec.

I plan to network several PCs to share the cable modem, and one of them could be solely dedicated to MBT order entry/RTIII if necessary.
