"3rd party verification."

Third-party verification of what?

"Also, I looked over a preliminary research report on TSIS that may be published in the near future. It is from a firm based in New York. This report states that their target price for TSIS in 12 to 18 months is 7.50 to 10.00 per share. This is based on Becoming NASDEK listed. "

Skip, if you looked at such an unreleased report about TSIS, and if you subsequently bought or sold shares in TSIS, you are risking *very serious* problems with the SEC and insider trading. You would have traded on information which was not available to all shareholders.

If you did so, I would recommend most highly that you knock it off.

No need to respond, because it might be self-incriminating.

Skip, how does one call JJ and at the same time look at a preliminary research report on TSIS? If JJ faxed it to you wouldn't it be inside information? Buying stock later could be illegal? Why would the New York firm (name not mentioned) send a preliminary report to TSIS management? I must say this sounds like more hype from either you or JJ. Does the New York firm...name not mentioned...expect TSIS to edit their objective research? Give me a break. How about asking JJ if Don has filed for full reporting status. The reason this stock sits at 40 cents is this type of crap. Amateurs are at the helm. They only know how to get top line. Salesmen they are called. At some point in time TSIS management will be held legally responsible for not doing the basics to increase shareholder value.
