You're welcome, Ron. I might have linked to the article but there are a couple of subscriber forms that intervene. My first thought as I finished reading the story was, "Can we (the U.S.) not help?" And what happens if we don't assist, or fail to provide the right help. Leads to all sorts of complicated diplomatic issues, as I'm sure we can all imagine. And the right help doesn't mean we need always be kind about it. Also leads to more complicated issues. -----
