Sirk - If you can't contribute, don't post. do you read anything or get your tips from other posters? If you do read and that is your interpretation, you are nuts. 99% of the shareholders agreed and they are getting new issues, the only thing in limbo is percentage, which I shall address when I call them up. SIRK: April 1 official change to NBNI; April 5 official change to NCNX you will be issued new shares , don't know what if any the percentage will be or if it is share for share; if you read the filings, all monies are also provided for in the event of class action law suits - ie money has been set aside so the valuation of the new issue will NIT be hindered. Man, I just wrote about idiots posting foolish garbage all the time and then you come along and prove my point. When I see your name at the end of a post, david, I chuckle you run around the net SI and Bobz, Tradercents, etc, leaving your skid marks all over the place. David, What are you talking about? I spoke with the company and they told me that the change over did occur. They said that the shares were to have cancelled on the 31st. They answered the phone with the new company name on the 2nd. Where do you get your info. If I don't get satisfaction, I am going to sue the company. I bought on the first,after the old shares were to be cancelled and the new shares issued. If this didn't occur, the company had the responsibility to tell the public in a press release or halt trading. How could they allow 3 million shares to be traded of a cancelled stock. Why did a cancelled stock open up 100%. RCJIII
