mb, there is a poster named chuzzlewit that got suspended by the spambot and had his posting privileges restored by popular acclaim. the "spam" in question was that he was arguing against options accounting flim flam on several threads. people might want to read at least an example of what he is saying.

Not to be argumentative, but never say never. -g-

Five years down the road, how much will a box cost? And how much will the network and devices that connect to them cost? I'm not really sure myself but if I had to guess, I'd say that they reach some sort of parity, especially if the thin client takes over in the enterprise.

BTW - I have a friend who works for a Japanese mainframe company, and he sees a major trend towards thin clients on the horizon.
