TO ALL INVESTORS

An answer to a question as best as I know.

There are means of other financing looked for. As soon as it can be obtained, it will be done. The primary purpose is to show no further need for PP funds. The indication right now is there will also be no big need to surpass the initial 2.5 million.

The financing could come from one or both of the following avenues. A lender with a standard approach or/and a strategic investor. These items take time but can come sooner than expected.

The additional function would be buying out the PP investors. I'm not sure but I think there are 5. Deals could be made with all or part of them. I think there are 2-3 that indicate it would be fine as long as they make their proper profit.

No indications have surfaced they are shorting but anything can happen. There are liars and thieves everywhere. All indications still stand that the PP is friendly. There is one piece of evidence that could tell me the PP is friendly but it has not happened yet. I heard they could be puting together a couple of card deals for TSIG. I see one and it is functional, they are friendly in my eyes.

In my opinion, as long as the PP draw does not exceed the 2.5 million or stays very close to it, there is no discernable damage to be brought. After all this PP was done to get TSIG off the table and into the market place. So far that has happened.

The formula I represented to the thread on numerous occasions, as supplied to me by RG and Henry, showed no floor or ceiling.

One item noone brings to the table is that there is no ceiling. That makes the conversion as TSIG becomes more successful and the stock rises continually less dilutive.
