To Uncle Frank: Thanks for clarification re gorilla and king rules and regulations. You are no doubt quite correct in your interpretation and I of course respect your expertise. But how sensible are rigid rules when it comes to making investments? How about broad interpretations? Even the Bible is interpreted broadly by some - altho narrowly by some. Guess I am just a broad interpreter, or maybe it is just like Clark Gable in Gone with the Wind "Frankly my dear (?), I don't give a damn". Maybe you are right, I am an iconoclast. Re the Q, it is a gorilla now by any reasonable standard IMO - not your opinion but mine. And since the best two broad telecom equip suppliers are NT and LU, to me they are kings, whether or not they have "x" percent of the market. As the saying used to be, they are close enough for federal work. All this is in no way to diminish the importance of standards for judgement, I just argue for some reasonable flexibility in applying those standards imaginatively not narrowly. As always, best personal regards. Chaz too PS Sorry you still have the blues. Cheers ! PPS What the Q has is the "future" in CDMA which itself is the future in wireless. Beats having "x" percent share as of now by any reasonable standard IMO. But guess I am a rebel at an advanced age. :-) Just don't care much for tight rules - too limiting to real world judgement..
