Come on Silver. Get real. The deal was announced closed 9 months ago. These kind of things aren't like marriages and divorces. They are more like omelettes. You can't put the yokes and whites back in the shell after they have been flipped in the skillet. Especially 9 months after they have been cooking in the pan.

Unless the original Press Release was a lie. Are you suggesting that then?

Frankly, I agree with your post, EXCEPT 9 months is a little long for a period of DUE DILIGENCE,

If this is the case as you suggest, then John S letter should have stated that after the DD period we have decided to "back" off.

Frankly, PABN under the current management will achieve none of their stated goals. Why?

They are IDIOTS.
