If I can throw 2 cents in here...I read this as a failed piece of corporate wishful thinking. Everyone involved knew this wasn't a completely done deal, yet the release was made before all the "glue" had set. The announcement of "wholly owned subsidiary" was full of positive "forward-looking" thoughts....made to quickly bolster a young company with minimal assets, dragging along a huge number of shares. Now, John must find some other ways to turn PABN into a 5.5 billion dollar company in order to achieve NASDAQ listing...
