Peacekeepers like UNSCOM, that were used by the US to spy on Iraq?

Abner,

You are rather observant. How come you don't
just fall for the latest spin from CNN?

I thought that was outrageous that "peacekeepers"
are sent in to destroy a railroad in Yugoslavia.

Even more bizarre is how Clinton was able to get
NATO to get involved in a fight that was a civil
war in a non-NATO country. The whole charter of
NATO was that the member countries would come to
the aid of each other if attacked. Yugoslavia was
not even a member. This war is a complete violation
of the NATO charter...hello? Is anybody listening?
