Well Silver not to be too picky, but . . . NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1998--PanAmerican BanCorp/Purewater (PRWT - NASDAQ) has acquired 100% of Realty Money Center for stock and other considerations. Not exactly 8 months to the day, as you would claim either. So even using your figure, 8 months still makes the same point. So let me get this straight as well. John Schmitz had no idea until the end of March, that these accountants he is paying had worked a full 8 months with no inkling that the RMC business he had acquired was in the toilet? This is a man you would call a business genius? Please, face the facts and stop making excuses for these guys. You paint them with your remarks to be more incompetent than they likely are.

It took me and my lawyers 4 months in research just to buy my one silly Home! I've bought property and closed the deal in two weeks, you have a problem with your lawyer, get a new one,,,,,,,, or you can not make decisions yourself and direct the people you pay to carry them out. I am actually surprised the vendors above in this famous 4 month house purchase of yours did not sell to someoneelse,,,, unless of course it was the Whitehouse you bought, it then was the government lawyers that held everything up.
