Talk about TAKE-UNDER! Maybe the numbers were quoted wrong. I sure hope so. Maybe they'd give cash + stock, and the quoted figure was for one or the other. <I'm reaching here, someone help me out!> Say it ain't so, Joe!

Duh, let me see.... A bidding war. Do you take the lowest bid???
Twerps will sell Monday. I will buy the dip. Look for Ericsson or Tellabs to come through after the panic abates in two weeks or less,
at least I hope and pray so....
