<Say it ain't so, Joe!<

It ain't so!! Even if management were to accept an offer in the $15 area(which is incomprehensible to me) I don't think that they would ever get enough shares tendered to make it happen and they'd end up thrown out, as a result.

If you guys remember, David Faber of CNBC had a rumor 2 weeks ago (when things were heating up) that Marconi was talking to FORE. With current rumors being that Marconi will be sold, there's no telling how the story will turn out and at what price. Perhaps British Aerospace will end up with FORE???

One thing for certain, there is a minimum price that shareholders will accept for FORE, even if it's a lot closer to $20 than $40.

The rumors may be firming up, but they're all still rumors...
