So any idea how long the NT10k filings are good for? Does filing the NT10K makes you inelegiable to buy any more companies using pooling of intrest for an year? I wonder if the sec does not require any write downs or changes, fat herb will appologize to the people he has hurt on cnbc.

Hey, Chuz!!! YEAH!!!! You're back!!! And we thank you!!! :-) But how the heck do you have so much time to be on the most wanted list in the first place??? 278!!!
