What if you bought in after October of 97? The vast majority of the shareholders of this company had to have bought after then, because the vast majority of shares didn't even exist prior to that date.

The apology is quite simple: We owe the shareholders in IFCI an apology for putting on a CC in which there was no interest, for having a CFO on the call who sounds like an incompetent dweeb, for issuing a bumbling earnings report only the Keystone Cops would have loved, e.g. without stating 4th quarter EPS (almost unheard of), for having no strategy for PR in place in the wake of Liviakis's departure (known for months ahead of time). While we can't be responsible for the market, we acknowledge our contribution to the dismal performance of our share price while the high bandwidth sector has been growing exponentially during the past 18 months, which is when the vast majority of shares of this company came into existence. Etc, etc, ...
