I'd guess there are already a lot of happy people on this thread. Anyone who's held since the T breakup should be happier than a pig in you-know-what; I know I am.

On the Libit deal:

"The three U.S. companies bidding for the company all gave almost identical proposals," Holtzman said. Libit "decided on the best potential match from a strategic point of view."
