LOL!!

Some might even think "screwed" instead of "shrewd" as I guess it all depends from what side of the fence one stands on.

Globe says Dayton Mining's plan for notes approved

Dayton Mining Corp DAY
Shares issued 40,856,779 Apr 5 close $0.10
Tue 6 Apr 99 In the News
The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, April 6, edition that Dayton
Mining says its debenture holders have approved the redemption or
conversion of all $68-million (U.S.) in debentures into 310.5-million newly
issued shares of Dayton. The Globe's Investment News column reports that
Dayton says holders rejected a proposed one-for-10 consolidation of Dayton
shares. Dayton says that on completion of the redemption or conversion, it
will have about 351.4 million shares outstanding. The restructuring
requires approval of the British Columbia Supreme Court, expected on
Thursday. Dayton says if the approval is granted, it will redeem each
$1,000 in debentures for 4,500 shares on May 1.
