So Liz enlighten us all, What other problems are there besides Inco not willing to spend there $1 billion building a smelter in Newfoundland. That is the issue at hand, Thats the reason Brian will not sign a mining permit. I don't think the Innuit problems are as big as they used to be liz. Neither is the environmental issues a problem it's all on Inco's back now. You might also say that it is not economical feasible either but your wrong.
