SALES arent even priced into the stock.

That may depend on whether you're looking at current or future sales.

The only value I see in Cabletron is in its customer base and market penetration. To realize this value, I would guess that a takeover is one of the the few solutions to a declining stock price.

Paintball tactics won't do it anymore in this business..

You said sales, thats a big assumption.

Why would anyone buy this slug of a company, they can get the technology for pennies on the dollar with the management begins to sell it off.

Bottom line, years upon years of poor planning and piss poor management have finally shown through!

Glad I don't own this piece of crap!!!
