Certainly it's a complicated (though interesting) situation and I haven't read every post herein. But what would you say are the chances that april 16 comes and goes
and phg withdraws its tender offer of 17 without raising the bid.? What factors would go into their decision? Obviously 17 isn't gonna cut it. We agree there. I assume we agree also that a phg withdrawal would hurt vlsi stock price?
