Ish, I think Clinton is a sociopath, not a psychopath. And I believe that all leaders, especially those who have been deemed "great", must be sociopathic to a degree, in that they must be willing and able to consider the importance of other human beings to be less than the importance of some (often ephemeral) ideal. In my estimation all great wartime leaders have to be sociopathic to some extent.
