Yes, in the post I was answering both were mentioned and since I believe the CIC is both I didn't want to start an argument. Just took the last mental illness.

Eisenhower, Patton, Swartzcroft, Bush and Powell seemed normal to me. I think a moral compass, a desire to put out 100% and do the right thing is more important than the sociopathic persona. Hell, Eisenhower was a twice passed over Captain until WWII. Very little charisma. Yet he became the commander of the decade. If he had a clone to win the presidency there would never have been a cold war like we saw.
