All 100 Million of them? So, just how many shares did Johnny give Dave in this failed transaction? And is Johnny seeking legal recoursed/action against Dave and RMC?

Well they WOULDN'T what to DISCUSS this scenario because that would mean that it was someone elses FAULT other than John's for this problem!

I'm sure they will put some sort of spin on it or just hammer another long for DECIDING for themselves where they want to spend THEIR money!

Also, the dumping started in December, why did it take Johnny 4 months to discover that Dave had been dumping MILLIONS of shares into the float, as you would like to believe. And Johnny was specifically asked if anybody from the company was dumping shares and his response was NO! Oh, but I guess RMC wasn't officially a part of the company so technically he didn't lie, did he? Do you REALLY believe that all the shares (if any) came from Dave? If so, sounds like a legal battle will follow.
