I've always interpreted "Digital by Qualcomm" as Qcom chipset inside. My vague recollection from awhile back on the thread was that Nokia was thinking about, was buying chipsets from Qualcomm for Nokia's high-end handset that was about to come to market. Maybe, Irwin thought the question related to general purchase for all handsets.

Jon, perhaps Irwin's answer that Nokia wasn't buying chipsets was referring to current time. Maybe Nokia bought chips to get the new phone out but at the time of the press conference was not buying any, and what we are seeing on the handset on the shelves is production from several months ago when Nokia was buying the chipset. Just a possibility; I don't know. I would assume that some analyst will ask the question in the April 20 CC to clarify the situation, but the focus might be on so many other things the issue may not arise.
