George: Yes, the stock price has risen in a parabolic manner. However, the projected future earnings curve has risen in a parabolic manner, as well, due to the news releases in the past two weeks. That's why some of us think this is sustainable.

If you followed TA you would have never bought Qcom in the first place. The chart stunk up until 2 months ago.

George,

I agree that even great stocks come back to earth eventually, even if for a short time. I am long so I do not want it to fall but if it does I will swoop in and buy more. All boards get giddy when stocks provide windfalls, I know first hand from the RMBS thread last fall! <gg>

Also, regardless of the stock, at these levels, perfection is priced into the stock, making estimates and even whisper numbers almost irrelevant. JMTC's....
